• False age representation results in immediate account termination.

3. Platform Description

Sole Mate is a social connection and content monetization platform allowing users to:

• Create profiles
• Match with other users
• Upload, view, and purchase adult-oriented content
• Subscribe to content creators
• Message matched users or subscribed creators

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share or sell your account.
• Sole Mate may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content Rules

Users may upload content only if:

• They own all rights to the content
• All individuals depicted are 18+
• Content is consensual and legal

Prohibited Content Includes:

• Minors or simulated minors
• Non-consensual acts
• Illegal activity
• Hate speech or violence
• Stolen or copyrighted material without rights

6. Monetization & Payments

Creators earn through:

• Subscriptions
• Paid content
• Tips
• View-based payouts

Revenue split: 80% Creator, 20% Platform

All payments are final. No refunds except where legally required.

7. Downloads

• Downloading content is permitted only when explicitly enabled by the creator.
• Downloaded content is for personal use only.
• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is strictly prohibited.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Sole Mate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of other users
• Legal or compliance risks

9. Disclaimer

Sole Mate provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee matches, income, or continuous availability.
