Creators earn revenue from:

• Subscriptions
• Pay-to-unlock content
• Tips
• View-based payouts

Revenue Split: 80% Creator, 20% Sole Mate

4. Payouts

• Payouts occur after reaching the minimum payout threshold.
• Sole Mate may delay payouts for fraud prevention or compliance review.
• Creators are responsible for taxes.

5. Download Permissions

Creators control:

• Whether content is downloadable
• Download limits
• Watermarking options

6. Content Moderation

Sole Mate may:

• Remove content violating Terms
• Suspend creator privileges
• Require content edits

7. Promotional Rights

Creators grant Sole Mate permission to:

• Feature previews
• Use thumbnails
• Promote content within the Platform

8. Independent Contractor Status

Creators are independent contractors. Nothing herein creates an employment or partnership relationship.
